Overview
The Ampinvt 5KW DC 24V split phase hybrid solar inverter is designed to provide 120V/240VAC split phase output and can charge a 24V battery bank when AC power or solar power is connected. It supports multiple working modes to prioritize AC input, battery power, or energy-saving operation based on system conditions and load demand.
Key Features
- Power rating: 5000W continuous output power; 15000W peak output power.
- Battery system: 24V battery system only (battery is required; battery must be connected first).
- Split phase output: 120V/240VAC split phase output.
- Solar charging: Built with 100A MPPT solar charger; max 150V / 4200W solar input.
- AC charging: Built with 35A AC charger.
- Intelligent control: Five smart control mode, auto switch for different demand.
- Communication: RS485 communicational portal, for wifi box & external screen control.
- Efficiency: Inverter transfer efficiency up to 85%; inbuilt MPPT efficiency more than 99%.
- Protections: Over voltage protection, over charge protection, over temperature protection, short circuit protection, over current protection, over discharge protection.
- Parallel operation: Cannot support connection in parallel.
Working Modes
- AC/Line priority mode: Always uses AC power as priority input, provides AC output, and automatically charges the battery.
- Battery priority mode: Priority is given to battery power. After low voltage protection, it transfers to market power supply. When the battery is full, it transfers back to battery power.
- ECO Mode: Load < 10% automatic sleep and stop output; load > 10% automatic boot back to normal inversion.
- Generator mode: Uses unstable generator 240V connected to inverter AC input; through the inverter AVR regulator, automatically matches 60HZ municipal frequency; output voltage is regulated in the normal operating range.
- Unattended Mode: When battery is low voltage, inverter enters standby (power saving state). When battery restores to the set voltage value (such as by solar charging), inverter restores normal output for automatic unattended operation.
