Overview
The Ampinvt FT Series 6000W split phase pure sine wave inverter (low frequency) includes an AC charger function, allowing the battery bank to be charged when AC power is connected to the inverter. It is designed for a DC 24V battery system and provides split-phase AC output wiring for 120V/240V applications.
Key Features
- Pure sine wave, low frequency design (FT Series split phase inverter).
- AC charger function: charges the battery bank when AC power is connected.
- Continuous/peak output power: 6000W continuous output power; 18000W peak output power.
- Battery system requirement: can ONLY work with a 24V battery system.
- No parallel operation: inverter can not support connect in parallel.
- Battery must be connected first: inverter must have a battery, and the battery must be connected first.
- Controls/indication: LED indicators, LCD display, and function keys.
- Connections/ports (labeled): Battery Positive, Battery Negative, Remote Control, AC Fuse, AC Input, AC Output.
Working Modes
- AC/Line priority mode: always uses AC power as priority input, provides AC output, and automatically charges the battery.
- Battery priority mode: priority given to battery power supply; after low voltage protection it transfers to utility power; when battery is full it transfers back to battery power.
- ECO Mode: load < 10% automatic sleep and stop output; load > 10% automatic boot back to normal inversion.
- Generator mode: uses unstable generator 240V via inverter AC input; through inverter AVR regulator it automatically matches 60HZ municipal frequency; output voltage regulated in the normal operating range.
- Unattended Mode: when battery is low voltage, inverter enters standby (power saving state); when battery voltage restores to the user-set value (e.g., via solar charging), inverter restores normal output for fully automatic operation.
