DALY Lite Smart Bluetooth Battery Management System

Monitor and protect a compatible lithium battery pack with the compact DALY Lite smart BMS. Built-in Bluetooth connects to the Smart BMS app for battery data and configurable settings. Choose the required series version and current rating: 4–8S, 7–17S or 7–24S, with 30A, 40A, 60A, 80A, 100A, 150A or 200A options. All listed variants use a common charge/discharge port and passive balancing.

• UART communication and Windows PC monitoring. RS485, single-wire protocols, displays, WiFi, GPS/4G, buzzer, heating control and activation switches are optional or configuration-dependent.

Choose the Correct Battery Chemistry and Series Version

The option name refers to the LiFePO4 series range; one board does not cover every 4–24S configuration. Supplier charging-voltage references are N × 3.65V for LiFePO4, N × 4.2V for ternary Li-ion and N × 2.9V for LTO, where N is the series cell count. Select an appropriate charger and chemistry settings for the actual cells.

Option images are the original supplier-linked reference images. Some supplier image labels conflict with the listing: the 7–24S 40A image says 8–24S, the 7–24S 80A image illustrates a 60A YH board, and the 150A/200A images are shared between the 7–17S and 7–24S options. Use the selected Series Range and Current Rating as the ordered configuration and verify the delivered board label before wiring.

Current Ratings and Physical Specifications

Dimensions exclude accessories. Supplier Gallery images show approximate weights of 125g, 155g and 365g; the supplied PDFs give the nominal figures above. YM weight documentation supplied here covers the 4–8S version. Current selection must suit the pack, wiring, cooling and operating conditions.

Technical Reference

Reference values are supplier laboratory data, not independently measured. PDF notes describe increased self-consumption under undervoltage (approximately 60mA operating and 900µA asleep in the YH manual). Display/WiFi/GPS/cloud features require compatible additional hardware and service. Optional modules and displays shown in illustrations are not included in these BMS variants. Supported app platforms are described by the supplier as Android, iPhone and Huawei; use the supplier's current compatible application.

Installation and Wiring

1. Connect B- to the total battery-pack negative. Keep P- insulated until the final output connection.
2. With the sense harness disconnected from the BMS, connect black B0 to pack negative, then successive sense wires to cell 1 positive, cell 2 positive and so on. For N series cells, use N+1 conductors including B0. Insulate unused conductors separately.
3. Check every adjacent sense-pin voltage and polarity with a multimeter before plugging the harness into the BMS. Correct open circuits, shorts and poor joints.
4. Connect B+ / pack positive to the positive output. P- is the common negative for charging and discharging. Follow the manual for the exact connector and terminal layout of your version.
5. Verify chemistry, cell count and protection settings in the app before operation. The supplier lists factory parameter password 123456 and sleep-disable setting 65536.

Some source wiring captions contain inconsistent wire counts; the N+1 rule above explicitly includes B0. The illustration's 10N·m fastening value is a supplier reference and must be checked for the exact terminal hardware. Installation should be performed by a person competent in lithium battery-pack wiring.

Package and Applications

Supplier package illustration shows the selected BMS, sense harness, B-/P- power leads, small signal/temperature leads, B+ lead, mounting hardware, guide and labels. Wire lengths and connectors depend on the selected version. Batteries, chargers, displays, WiFi and GPS/4G modules are not included.

Suitable for correctly designed lithium battery packs using prismatic, cylindrical or pouch cells, including compatible energy-storage, RV, golf-cart, mobility, AGV and light electric-vehicle applications. Application illustrations are examples and do not establish plug-and-play compatibility with any specific vehicle brand.

4–8S Installation and Wiring

Connect N series cells with N+1 sense conductors including black B0. Keep the harness unplugged from the BMS while making connections. Check every cell voltage and polarity before insertion. Terminal torque must match the exact hardware.

Technical Feature Reference

Supplier reference values and optional interfaces. The default sleep timer is 3600 seconds; cell measuring range 1.5–4.9V. Actual accessories and protocol configuration apply.

7–17S and 7–24S Wiring

The diagrams distinguish 7–17S and 7–24S boards. N+1 sense conductors include B0; unused conductors must be individually insulated. Source prose had inconsistent counts; follow the complete N+1 rule.

Automatic Series Recognition

Automatic recognition applies at initial power-up and only within the selected hardware's chemistry-specific series range.

Communication and Optional Expansion

UART is standard. RS485 and vehicle/inverter protocol support may require customization. Displays, GPS, WiFi, heating and buzzer modules are optional.
