Overview
DALY Smart BMS Y-series 150–200A (YM) is a smart battery management system (BMS) with built-in Bluetooth for lithium battery packs. It supports selectable string ranges of 4–8S, 7–17S, and 7–24S, with selectable current options of 150A or 200A. Battery data can be monitored in real time through a Bluetooth smart app, and parameters can be viewed/set via the app.

Selection & Installation Notes
- Battery type matching: BMS type and lithium battery type must be in one-to-one correspondence (Li-ion/LiFePO4). Mismatch may cause BMS damage and battery damage, and the battery may not fully charge/discharge.
- String matching: BMS strings and battery strings must be in one-to-one correspondence. Mismatch may cause BMS and battery damage.
- Selection method: load maximum power ÷ (string number of battery × overdischarge voltage) × coefficient. Coefficient depends on usage scenario.
- Welding note: When soldering, the balance cable cannot be inserted into the BMS. Do NOT plug into BMS during welding. Insulate unused wires.
- Output wire fastening: Secure B- and P- to BMS with 10 N·m torque.
- Voltage measurement: Measure whether the battery voltage (B+→B-) is consistent with the output voltage of the BMS (B+ P-). If equal, the BMS is working normally.
