DALY Smart Battery Management System with Common-Port Balancing
Manage a compatible lithium battery pack with the DALY smart BMS. Choose the battery configuration, charge/discharge current rating and communication version. The listing includes configurable universal-series hardware and separate fixed-series Li-ion or LiFePO4 boards. Every offered variant is an actual in-stock supplier combination; unavailable combinations are not added.
Choose the Correct Configuration
- Universal 4–8S, 7–17S and 7–24S: supplier series-range options with UART, RS485 and CAN. Available ratings are 40A, 60A, 80A, 100A, 150A, 200A, 250A, 300A and 400A. The 200A and higher options explicitly include a fan.
- Fixed-series Li-ion: 3S 12V, 7S 24V, 10S 36V, 13S 48V, 14S 48V, 16S 60V, 17S 60V and 20S 72V, with actual available Bluetooth or UART/RS485/CAN combinations.
- Fixed-series LiFePO4: 4S 12V, 8S 24V, 12S 36V, 15S 48V, 16S 48V and 20S 60V, with actual available Bluetooth or UART/RS485/CAN combinations.
- Fixed-series current choices range from 40A to 500A where in stock. 80A is offered only in the universal-series group in this source. The fixed-series and universal variants are not interchangeable solely because their current ratings match.
Pack-voltage labels follow the supplier's naming. Charger voltage depends on actual chemistry and cell count: Li-ion N × 4.2V and LiFePO4 N × 3.65V. Bluetooth selection means the supplier's Bluetooth package; UART + RS485 + CAN means the specified wired-interface package. The AK 80A/100A illustrations show integrated Bluetooth, but they do not establish that every wired-interface or fixed-series SKU includes the same Bluetooth hardware.
AK 80A/100A Universal Chemistry Reference
| Hardware option | LiFePO4 (default) | Li-ion / NCM | LTO |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4–8S | 4–8S | 4–7S | 6–8S |
| 7–17S | 7–17S | 7–17S | 7–17S |
| 7–24S | 7–24S | 7–20S | 7–24S |
These ranges come from the AK marketing/specification images. Supplier-linked AH/AM/AS option sheets instead state LTO 11–17S and 11–24S for the higher ranges. This discrepancy is retained: confirm the actual hardware's LTO range before use. LTO is a configuration reference, not a separate fixed-series sale option. Sodium-ion support requires customization and is not offered as a standard variant.
Monitoring, Balancing and Expansion
- AK illustrated boards feature integrated Bluetooth, QR-code app pairing, live battery data and configurable settings. App displays capacity, voltage, current, temperature and alarms.
- AK app can switch compatible LiFePO4, Li-ion and LTO settings, with LiFePO4 as the supplier default. Configure only within the selected hardware's permitted range.
- AK app-controlled deep sleep is quoted below 100µA by the supplier; this is not a universal consumption value for every offered board.
- Passive balancing: general heading 100 ± 30mA; detailed references Li-ion 100 ± 15mA and LiFePO4 100 ± 30mA. Default balancing start: Li-ion 4.0V, LiFePO4 3.4V, with 20mV difference, configurable.
- AK parallel protection is illustrated for up to 10 suitably matched battery packs to reduce connection-current surges. Actual system design, wiring and firmware compatibility must be verified.
- AK reference lists dual UART, CAN/RS485, KEY and DIO interfaces and two NTC probe assemblies (four channels). UART PC software offers additional setup and calibration.
- WiFi, GPS/4G, displays, heating modules, buzzer, activation/key switch and active-balancing modules are optional. Compatible accessories for the illustrated smart red-board series require the supplier's DL-1.25 connecting cable.
- Supplier cloud illustration references smart.databms.com for remote fleet monitoring, stored data and subaccounts using optional compatible communications hardware. Cloud/IoT access requires enabled permissions; service availability is not guaranteed by this product listing.

Universal linked sheets specify 24AWG / 550mm sense harnesses, working −30 to +70°C and storage −40 to +80°C. Figures above apply to those linked universal versions, not measured specifications for fixed-series boards.
The separate general family table states K 123 × 66 × 14mm, M 164 × 66 × 21mm and S 183 × 108 × 26mm, with 24AWG / 300–450mm sense leads. It lists K 40/60A 10AWG / 100mm, K 100A 7AWG / 100mm, M 4AWG / 150mm, S 250A 2AWG × 1, S 300A 4AWG × 2, and S 400/500A 1AWG × 2. These differ from the universal sheets; confirm the delivered board's model, connectors and footprint.
AK dimensional drawing gives length 125 ± 1mm, width 65 ± 0.5mm, thickness 14 ± 0.5mm, and mounting references 108.5 ± 0.3mm, 46 ± 0.3mm and 26 ± 0.3mm. Main-circuit conduction resistance is quoted below 20mΩ. Peak-current references are 120A for AK 80A and 150A for AK 100A; they are not continuous ratings.

All reference data are supplier room-temperature laboratory results, not independently measured. Actual configured protection thresholds must suit the cells; the BMS temperature/protection references are separate from cell charging limits. AK-specific sheet instead states operating −30 to +70°C and storage −40 to +85°C. Do not merge version-dependent values into a universal specification.
Construction and Applications
Supplier AK illustrations show aluminum heat-spreading parts, control MCU, thermally conductive ABS encapsulation and integrated Bluetooth. Potting is described as resisting moisture, vibration and oxidation, patent reference ZL201821243978.5; no certified IP rating is supplied. The claimed 40% size reduction is a supplier comparison, not a measurement established here.
For correctly designed compatible lithium battery packs in mobility, electric scooters/tricycles, golf carts, RV storage, portable power and AGV applications. Pictured batteries and equipment are examples and are not included.
Wiring and Package Contents
- Connect B- to the total battery-pack negative first; keep P- insulated until the output connection.
- With the sense harness disconnected from the BMS, connect black B0 to pack negative and successive red conductors to each cell positive in order. N series cells use N+1 sense conductors including B0. Insulate unused conductors individually.
- Connect the B+ lead to total pack positive. Verify polarity and adjacent sense-pin voltages before plugging in the harness. Follow the exact connector labels of the delivered version.
- Charger and load positive connect to pack B+; charger and load negative connect to common P-. Fit the correct temperature probes and configure chemistry, series count and protection settings before operation.
Supplier package photograph uses a 7–24S AK example: selected BMS, box, guide, B-/P- power leads, output fasteners, B+ lead, two NTC probe assemblies, sense harness and CAN/RS485 five-pin lead. Included connector/lead configuration depends on the selected package; AH source photos show attached power leads. Current options labelled “+ Fan” include the fan. Optional USB adapters, WiFi/4G modules, active balancers, displays, heaters, buzzer, switch, batteries and charger are not included.
