Wiring Notes (Same Port BMS)
- Connect wire B to the total negative electrode of the battery first (short wires need to be welded for line B), then connect the flat wire (pull the cable from the board before connecting).
- Start from BC0: connect BC0 to the total negative pole of the battery (string 1). Connect BC1 to the positive pole of battery 1, BC2 to the positive pole of battery 2, BC3 to the positive pole of battery 3, and so on.
- After connecting the flat wire, measure the voltage between each two adjacent wires: polymer battery should be less than 4V; iron lithium (LiFePO4) should be less than 3.5V. After checking, insert the cable.
- Connect the negative pole of charger and load to C-. B negative wire and C negative wire need to be welded with thick wire.
- Measure whether the total battery voltage equals the output voltage of the protection board; then it will work normally.
Details

An aluminum PCB cover helps dissipate heat to keep the hardware BMS running cooler in demanding builds.

Designed for 3.2V LiFePO4 4S (12V) packs, with balance current rated 150–250 mA and a compact 144×85×10 mm layout.

Supports series connection and includes interfaces for a heating function and switch control wiring.

Follow the same-port wiring order for B-, C-, and the balance leads to ensure correct startup and protection behavior.

Dual temperature sensing adds an extra layer of protection with external and internal over-temperature monitoring.

A practical fit for 12V LiFePO4 battery packs used in solar lighting, tools, UPS systems, marine power, and light electric vehicles.
