Overview
The POWLSOJX CPL series MPPT boost solar charge controller is designed to charge higher-voltage battery systems from lower-voltage PV panels using step-up (boost) charging. It supports 24V/36V/48V/60V/72V battery systems and is intended for applications such as golf carts, e-bikes, e-scooters, and other off-grid charging setups where PV voltage is lower than battery voltage.

Important Installation Notes
- Voltage rule (boost only): PV input voltage must be lower than battery voltage for boost charging to work.
- Example stated: 18V panel → 48V battery (works). 36V panel → 12V battery (does not work; not a step-down controller).
- Non-waterproof: install in a dry, ventilated area (open-air cooling design). Avoid rain exposure.
- Setting mode: long-press the SET button for 5 seconds until the display flashes, then use the +/- keys to set the target voltage.
