Overview
The JKBMS BD6A20S6P is an active balance BMS (battery management system) for LiFePO4, Li-ion, and LTO battery packs. It supports 7S to 20S configurations (Li-ion: 7S-20S; LiFePO4: 8S-20S; LTO: 12S-20S) with 0.6A active balancing (Full State On) and 60A continuous charge/discharge current. Bluetooth is built-in for Android/iOS monitoring, and RS485 communication is provided by default (CANBUS available as a customized interface). The battery pack is self-powered.

Built for 7S–20S battery packs, the JKBMS active balancing BMS supports 0.6A balancing and 60A continuous current with common-port wiring.

Bluetooth monitoring and RS485 communication come standard, with CANBUS available as a customized interface for system integration.

A layered internal design combines the power stage, balancing circuitry, and connectors in a compact, protected enclosure.

Clearly labeled connectors simplify installation, including CAN/RS485, the default LCD header, and an optional heat-function connection.

Real-time Bluetooth data on iOS/Android includes pack voltage/current plus a full list of individual cell voltages for quick health checks.


Six core protections cover overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, cable drop/poor contact (all-in), and over-temperature events.

Power modes include Storage, Normal, Shutdown, and Standby to reduce drain during long periods of non-use.
